Order and Payment
When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with this terms and conditions. We will send you an automated email confirming receipt of your order, unless you have provided an invalid email address or there is error in our server. You may, from time to time, access the Site to track your order. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been processed and dispatched.
We process our payments through PayPal, Google Checkout or as a cheque sent through the mail.
PayPal is the world's largest online payment system, through PayPal all your financial details are secured to industry standards and best practice. PayPal handle your financial details on your behalf, then when the funds are confirmed we are notified and will proceed through our normal purchasing procedures.
You are welcome to send a cheque as payment for your purchases. We will not begin processing your order until we have received and successfully banked your cheque.
Postage and Packaging
Gift Vouchers are automatically sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, a charge is included in the cost for packaging. There is obviously no postage or packing charge when a course is booked.
