I want to cancel a course after having paid, can I claim my money back?
If you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts you will get a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the course you will receive a voucher worth 80% of your booking fee.

I am a complete beginner, will I be able to cope?
All courses have lots of demonstrations designed for the capabilities of the course attendees. So you will have no problem. Most courses are suitable for complete beginners unless otherwise stated.

I have no art materials, what should I do?
All drawing materials are provided except pastels. If you want to do a painting course you can purchase everything you need for a day for £5 from Paul Priestley. Click; 'All art materials provided' when you purchase your course.

Do you provide lunch?
Sandwiches, fruit, tea and coffee are provided within the course fee at most venues. At Burton Court a buffet lunch is provided, hence the slightly higher course fee. Please inform Paul Priestley if you are vegetarian.

What is the maximum number on a course?
Twelve is the maximum number on a course, most courses average between six and eight students.
