This course takes place at Hampton Bishop Village Hall and starts at 10:00am and finishes at 4:00pm
'A number of artists have painted "music", how are you going to explore harmony, tone and colour? It is a fascinating insight into how the mind works. Learn ways to represent sound in paint.'
All drawing materials are provided together with an easel and board. A light lunch is also provided. Painting materials are NOT provided, so please bring your own. This course uses acrylic paint. Suggested materials: A range of acrylic/oil brushes of various sizes and types e.g. Filbert No 5, Flat No 4, No 8, Round No 1 or No 2 and No 4. Colours: permanent rose, lemon yellow, ultramarine, titanium white, burnt umber, yellow ochre, cadmium yellow, possibly vermilion hue, permanent green and winsor blue. One acrylic painting pad minimum size A3, preferably 16 x 20 inches.
