11: Landscape Painting: 26/27/28 July 2010

This three day course takes place at Burton Court, nr Leominster, HR6 9DN and starts at 10:00am and finishes at 4:00pm

'With the stunning views of Burton Court as our inspiration, we explore different ways of recording the landscape in paint. You choose your medium. All techniques demonstrated.'

All drawing materials are provided together with an easel and board. A light lunch is also provided. Painting materials are NOT provided, so please bring your own. (See below Related Products if you wish Paul to supply all your materials)

This course uses acrylic paint, although if you wish to use other mediums such as oil or watercolour that can be accommodated.

Suggested materials: A range of acrylic/oil brushes of various sizes and types e.g. Filbert No 5, Flat No 4, No 8, Round No 1 or No 2 and No 4. Colours: permanent rose, lemon yellow, ultramarine, titanium white, burnt umber, yellow ochre, cadmium yellow, possibly vermilion hue, permanent green and winsor blue. One acrylic painting pad minimum size A3, preferably 16 x 20 inches.
