The Process

DW Print uses a series of processes to produce customised designs on clothing, decals and banners.

Our fabric customisation process includes precise cutting of the chosen colour, before individual application and heat pressing to the clothing. Applying the designs in this way ensures that each individually produced garment is completed to the best possible standard.

DW Print Device

The majority of fabrics, including cotton, poly-cotton and denim can be processed in this way, but for delicate clothing (such as fleeces), our embroidery machines are more than capable of producing high-quality designs at affordable costs. Embroidery can be applied to most quality garments, including trousers/legwear, jackets and coats.

DW Print T-Shirt

We have the technology to print and profile cut media for application onto clothing, which can be completed in different ways:

  • Imagery applied to white clothing
  • Imagery applied to darker clothing with white background

The machines used by DW Print are capable of processing multiple images, photographs and colours and then applying these to your clothing of choice.

For items such as posters, canvases, banners and decals, our printers can accommodate requests upto 710mm in width and once again, in full colour.

Printed stickers are quite weather proof and may be used for internal and external applications. It should be noted however that the use of solvents or petrol may lift the ink from the decal and/or media. This can be avoided by an additional process during the lamination stages. Please Contact DW Print for further information.

Depending on the requirements, DW Print do not apply additional setup fees for artwork or digitising.
